She has solid knowledge of compliance and risk management programs and how they work in practice. She has had the responsibility of building compliance and risk management programs from bottom up in several financial service companies. She has been a part of building data-driven programs, however also the governance, culture around them. Heidi has more than 15 years experience from the financial service sector.
