Dilan Ölcer is an Adviser at the Financial Stability Department of the Riksbank. Currently, she leads the Riksbank’s project on establishing, together with the Bank for International Settlements, a BIS Innovation Hub Nordic Centre in Stockholm. Apart from financial innovation, Dilan has also worked on policy dimensions of systemic risks in the financial system as well as various topics within political economics, primarily in international organisations like the IMF and the OECD. Dilan holds a PhD in Economics from Sciences Po Paris and a CEMS Master’s degree in International Management from HEC Paris and the Stockholm School of Economics.
