Sthlm Fintech Week 2020
In February 2020 Sthlm Finetch Week’s second edition gathered over 750 participants, 142 speakers and hosted eight different tracks over the course of five days in five different locations in the city center of Stockholm, making it the largest Fintech gathering in the Nordics.
Sthlm FinTech Week features two verticals in the space of one day. The verticals Public Fintech Initiatives & Regulations, Regtech, Insurtech, Combating the Dark Side of Fintech, AI, Decentralised Finance, Payments, Digital Banking, Cybersecurity, Fintech Ecosystem collaboration cases, Lending have shared insights with the participants.
The truly community-driven event hosted a broad spectrum of actors in the financial ecosystem such as Swedish Tier Banks, Fintech unicorns, technology providers, startups, legal and consultancy firms as well as public and private ecosystem builders under the same roof for five days. The diverse audience provided countless pitching possibilities, training sessions and deep-dive workshops. With more than 48 partners 35 of which are community partners, the Sthlm Fintech Week engages everyone who is willing to share knowledge and contribute to the development of the ecosystem.
Sthlm Fintech Week 2019
Sthlm Fintech Week was created as a community-driven Fintech event bringing together thought-leaders to foster new connections and enhance collaboration. In its inaugural 2019, the 5-day event was sold out. It consisted of 9 tracks and gathered industry experts from various organizations including Sweden’s Central Bank (Riksbanken), Sweden’s Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen), and Swedish Government Offices (Regeringskansliet) who were engaged in panel discussions and keynotes. The event was hosted in partnership with SEB, Danske Bank, ING, Amazon Web Services, Wirecard, and many more. It attracted startups from Denmark, Norway, Iceland, Sweden, Finland, and Baltics.
